Ultron versus Doomsday: who wins? Ultron is one of the smartest villains in the entire MCU, but Doomsday is a different monster, and I have Doomsday winning this fight.

Ultron's strategy seems to be overwhelming his opponents with his army

Ultron's strategy in a fight seems to be simply overwhelming his opponents. He's got an army of robots, powerful energy blasts, the power to fly around and take on Thor, and a final body built completely out of vibranium.

Because he's an AI and not a standalone robot, he can coordinate attacks with his entire army and keep fighting even after losing bodies.

Doomsday gets stronger from the damage he takes

All that being said, Doomsday is still a different monster. This is the same monster that fought Superman and Wonder Woman, and the same monster that killed Superman. Everything that came Doomsday's way, even nuclear bombs, ultimately made him stronger and more powerful.

That's the trick with Doomsday. He can regenerate and mutate as he takes damage in a fight. His body develops new weapons, he grows enormous bony spikes, and he can release massive energy capable of destroying everything around him.

"So really, what's Ultron going to do? Shoot him with lasers?" Doomsday has already survived attacks from Superman, Wonder Woman and a nuclear explosion, and absorbing energy appears to only make him even more powerful.

Ultron's vibranium body can be damaged

Ultron's vibranium body is going to be tough to get around, but it's not completely unstoppable. Remember, Thor, Iron Man and Vision managed to damage it by combining their attacks.

Doomsday has energy blasts powerful enough to level cities and knock around Superman. If Doomsday gets his hands on Ultron's body, "it's all over." And anything Ultron throws at Doomsday is going to cause Doomsday to mutate and grow even more powerful.

Ultron being an AI doesn't change the result

Someone might want to say that Ultron is an AI, and Doomsday isn't killing an AI. But here, it doesn't matter. Doomsday is destroying the robot body, he's destroying the robot army, and he's winning this fight. Doomsday wins.
