Future Trunks Did Not Get His Sword From Tapion
In Dragon Ball Z Movie 13, Tapion gave his sword to Kid Trunks, who is a different character from a different timeline.
People always get this one wrong: Future Trunks did not get his sword from Tapion.
In Dragon Ball Z Movie 13, Tapion gives his sword to Kid Trunks. But Kid Trunks is not Future Trunks. They're from a different timeline, had a different upbringing, and they are not the same character.
Tapion isn't part of the main Dragon Ball story
Trunks from the future never revealed where he got his sword. It wasn't Tapion, though, because Tapion doesn't exist in the main Dragon Ball story or in the original manga, and there's no evidence of him ever existing in the actual continuity of the series by Toriyama.
Where do you think Future Trunks got his sword?
