GTA 6 wants us to think Jason and Lucia are Bonnie and Clyde, but one of them could be the real villain of this story.
Is Jason an undercover cop in GTA 6?
The biggest theory says Jason is an undercover cop. He's unusually calm around lawmen, he constantly questions Lucia's plans, and Rockstar keeps repeating one word: trust.
What if Lucia is the one lying?
What if Jason isn't the one lying? Lucia controls almost every conversation in the extended clip. She pushes toward the missions, asks Jason to trust her, and knows he's too in love to walk away. She might be using him to get out of prison, make money, and pin the blame on him when everything falls apart.
So either Jason is building a case against Lucia, or Lucia already knows and is manipulating him first.
