Rick Grimes is one of the most dangerous survivors in any post-apocalyptic world. He's a trained cop, a sheriff who has gone on to become a leader and a survivor, and more than anything, that is because the man refuses to stop.

He's an elite marksman, regularly landing head shots, and he has worked his way through whole swarms of walkers all by himself. He's also just as dangerous in a fight against other survivors. You can never really know what's going on inside Rick's head, and that unpredictability makes him "just a little bit scary."

More than anything, Rick Grimes is a survivor, and he's going to find a way to survive no matter what.

Joel Miller has survived 20 years in a world far harder than The Walking Dead

However, Joel Miller has been surviving for 20 years in one of the harshest post-apocalyptic worlds ever. The Last of Us is a world way harder to survive in than The Walking Dead. Walkers versus clickers and bloaters? Based on everything Joel has done, "it's not even a comparison."

Joel is stronger, faster and tougher than Rick. Even if Rick might be a better, more skilled fighter, it's hard to overpower the absolute tank that is Joel Miller.

He's also doing pretty much everything by himself. He has taken down whole gangs of men solo and stood alone against charging swarms of infected.
